Who we are

Carrington Jets is operated by VH Group VOF, Eikenstraat 11, 3690 Zutendaal, Belgium, registered under enterprise number BE 0685.878.684. You can reach us at hello@carringtonjets.com.

We run an independent charter advisory and referral service. We are not an air carrier, a charter broker, or a travel agent. We do not own, operate, or charter aircraft, and we never hold out to do so.

Your booking is not with us

Every flight listed on this site is arranged by Villiers Jets and operated by a licensed direct air carrier. When you click through and book, your contract is with Villiers Jets and the operating carrier, on their terms, at the price they confirm. We are not a party to that contract, and we cannot change, cancel, or refund a booking on your behalf.

We take no payment from you at any point. No booking fees, no membership, no markup. We earn a commission from Villiers Jets when a booking made through our links completes. That commission does not change the price you pay.

Prices and availability

Listed prices come from the operator via Villiers Jets and can change or disappear without notice. Empty legs are a standby product: a flight shown this morning may be gone by noon. The price that counts is the one Villiers Jets confirms when you enquire.

Struck-through charter prices and savings percentages are our own estimates, based on typical hourly rates for the aircraft category and flight time. They are context, not operator quotes, and no booking can be made at those reference prices.

Deal alerts

Alerts (email and push) are free and you can stop them at any time. Every alert email contains an unsubscribe link, and push notifications can be switched off in your browser or device settings. We send alerts on a best-effort basis: inventory moves fast and we do not guarantee that every flight, or any particular flight, reaches you before it sells.

Liability

We work to keep listings accurate and current, but we provide this site as-is. To the extent Belgian law allows, we are not liable for the acts or omissions of Villiers Jets or any operating carrier, for flights that change, cancel, or sell out, for errors in feed data we display, or for any loss arising from a booking you make with a third party. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for intent or gross negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes go to the courts of the judicial district of Limburg, Belgium, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to a different forum. If you are a consumer in the EU, you can also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
